Thursday Social is an evening for people who feel that wine is more than a drink. Guided by Roxana, owner and sommelier at Allmine, each gathering explores a new corner of the wine world — beginning with the vineyards of Southern California and, in time, reaching far beyond.
Every month brings natural, small-production wines chosen for their story, their character, and their sense of place. Each pour is paired with a thoughtful bite that complements the night’s journey, opening a window into how food and wine come alive together.

We use the freshest, in season ingredients.
By doing so, we let the ingredients shine, with minimal intervention, as nature intended.
Our dough is made in a three day process, allowing the flavors to develop.
The pizza sauce is made with san marzano tomatoes, imported from Italy and our cheese blend is unique to our restaurant.
Dressings, pickles, marinades, syrups, jams and sauces are made from scratch by our team, the bread is baked fresh in house and our appetizers are meant for sharing. Our burrata is made in house, and the sausage is entirely prepared in our kitchen, from grinding the meat, to slowly smoking it for six hours.

We host private events with the goal of bringing people together over good food and genuine hospitality. Our flat-rate pricing includes a full restaurant buyout, unlimited food and drinks, custom menus, decor, and AV support. Menus are tailored to your preferences and the season, with care given to dietary needs and allergens. The meal moves in courses, paced to match the energy of the room, with plenty of room to linger, laugh, and grab another slice. From planning to execution, we handle every detail so you can focus on your guests.

We work with local brewers who take pride in their craft and produce amazing craft beers.
All of our wines are natural, organic and vegan. We support producers who farm and process their wines responsibly without any additives. All of our wines come from small productions, micro wineries, who are passionate and dedicated to their craft.

allmine is a vibe. Born out of love for great food, fresh ingredients, and hangs with family and best friends.
The most important part of our culture is the wellbeing of our team. We focus on having a welcoming and inclusive environment conducive to learning, teaching and overall growing.
We love making things from scratch. Our dough, sauces, buns, cookies... everything we can get our hands on, we are. We don't cut corners and are proud of it.
