allmine is a vibe
Born out of love for great food, fresh ingredients, and hangs with family and best friends.
Established in 2022 by entrepreneur Roxana Pavel, allmine is a neighborhood hub in Oceanside built on the belief that hospitality begins with real food and kindness.
The menu centers on artisanal pizza, handmade pasta, and seasonal dishes prepared with organic produce, pasture-raised meats, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients from local farms and ranchers. Natural wines, local beer, and carefully crafted non-alcoholic drinks round out the experience.
Our Team
The most important part of our culture is the wellbeing of our team. We focus on having a welcoming and inclusive environment conducive to learning, teaching and overall growing.
Lila, manager
Lila Carter grew up in Oceanside and spent several years in San Luis Obispo before returning home to the coast. At allmine, she helps lead the dining room with a calm, steady presence that keeps the entire team focused and organized, even on the busiest nights. Lila is known for her kindness and attentiveness, both with guests and with the staff, creating an atmosphere where people feel supported, welcomed, and at ease. Whether she is guiding the flow of service, helping a guest choose a wine, or checking that every detail is in place, she brings a sense of clarity and warmth that keeps the room running smoothly and the team smiling.
Roxana Pavel, Owner
Roxana Pavel is the founder and owner of allmine. A hospitality professional with a master’s degree in hospitality management and a background in restaurant leadership across the country, she built allmine from the ground up with a clear vision: a neighborhood restaurant where everything is made from scratch and every guest feels genuinely welcomed. Roxana works across every part of the business, from developing the menu and beverage program to building partnerships with local farmers, ranchers, and winemakers. Originally from Romania, she moved to the United States in 2003 and eventually found her home in Oceanside, where she is deeply involved in the community, serving on the board of Visit Oceanside and mentoring business students at Cal State San Marcos. At allmine, she focuses on creating a place where thoughtful food, natural wine, and warm hospitality come together in a way that feels both personal and lasting.
Chef Sid Hilarides
Chef Sid Hilarides leads the kitchen at allmine, translating Roxana’s ideas into the food that arrives at the table each night. Raised in Oceanside and shaped by early years cooking alongside his grandmother and in local kitchens, Sid brings both deep roots and a craftsman’s attention to detail. Before joining allmine, he worked in several well-known Oceanside restaurants and even competed under Chef Robert Irvine. At allmine, Sid works closely with Roxana to refine and execute the menu, from house pickles and infused oils to the fermentation projects and greenhouse herbs that quietly shape the flavors of the restaurant. His pride shows in the consistency of the kitchen and in dishes like the Beets and Goat appetizer, a collaboration that reflects the care and creativity behind everything served at allmine.
OUR FARM PARTNERS
The restaurant’s success is the result of many hands and relationships: a dedicated team committed to craft and consistency, partnerships with nearby farmers and ranchers who provide exceptional ingredients, and the guests who choose to gather around the tables night after night. A few blocks from the ocean, allmine has grown into a place where community forms naturally over food made with care and hospitality that makes everyone feel welcome.
